988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline
You can call, text, or chat the 9-8-8 Lifeline which is available 24/7 and will connect you to someone who provides judgment-free care and can save your life in times of crisis or even when you're simply in emotional distress.

Crisis Text Line
Another helpline if you don't wish to verbally speak to someone is texting the crisis text line.
Text HOME to 741741 to talk to someone over text message. It is free, confidential, and again judgment-free.

NAMI Support Groups
If you're interested in attending support groups where you can talk with others like you,
visit https://www.nami.org/support-groups and enter your state. From there, you can find either in-person or virtual support groups in your area by county. You can also use this site to find other types of programs in your state, such as peer-to-peer or family support groups.
SAMHSA
If you are struggling with any sort of substance abuse or mental health issues and are interested in finding real treatment, either call the SAMHSA helpline at 1-800-662-4357 or visit findtreatment.gov to find treatment options near you.
National Eating Disorder Association
If you believe you struggle with any type of eating disorder and want to learn more about getting help, visit https://www.nationaleatingdisorders.org to use their screening tool and/or find various resources near you.
